Information about Ashaadh Gupta Navratri Puja

Gupt Navratri Puja ( Mantra Japa & Puja on each day of Gupta Navratri followed by a Big Homam & Puja on the 10th day )

Ashaadh Gupta Navratri is also known as Gayatri Navratri, and is observed in Hindu month Ashaadh during Shukla Paksha (June or July). Devotees worship 9 forms of Maa Durga during Chaitra and Ashwin Navratri, whereas Das Mahavidhyas are worshipped during Gupta Navratri. Sadhakas secretly worship 10 incarnations of Shakti, and therefore it is called Gupt Navratri.

The 10 incarnations of Shakti are extremely powerful and capable of dispelling all evils of the universe. These 10 forms of Shakti are also representative of 9 planets and Lagna. It is believed that offering prayers to Das Maha Vidyas during Gupt Navratri eradicate all the miseries and obstacles of life, and is said to fulfill the deepest desires of worshipper. Worshipping of Das Maha Vidhyas during Ashaadh Gupt Navratri is also considered highly powerful and is believed to eradicate all the flaws of horoscope.

10 Days of Gupta Navratri

1st Day of Navratri - Installation of Das Mahavidya Yantra & its Pujan, Japas will be recited for Goddess Mahakali followed by small Puja
2nd Day of Navratri - Japas will be recited for Goddess Tara followed by small Puja
3rd Day of Navratri - Japas will be recited for Goddess Tripur Sundari followed by small Puja
4th Day of Navratri - Japas will be recited for Goddess Bhuwaneshwari followed by small Puja
5th Day of Navratri - Japas will be recited for Goddess Tripur Bhairavi followed by small Puja
6th Day of Navratri - Japas will be recited for Goddess Chhinnamasta followed by small Puja
7th Day of Navratri - Japas will be recited for Goddess Dhoomavati followed by small Puja
8th Day of Navratri - Japas will be recited for Goddess Baglamukhi followed by small Puja
9th Day of Navratri - Japas will be recited for Goddess Matangi followed by small Puja
10th Day of Navratri - Japas will be recited for Goddess Kamla followed by Puja, Big Homam with Ahuti for Das Maha Vidhyas

Puja Procedure

A big Homam with Ahuti for all the forms will be performed on the 10th day as follows :

Swasti Vachan, Shanti Path, Sankalp, Ganesh Sthapan, Kalash Sthapan, Durga Sthapan, Brahma Sthapan, Agni Sthapan, Invocation of all Gods and Goddesses, Navgrah Sthapan, Navgrah Mantra Japa (1 mala for each planet), Punyaha Vachan Kalash, Sarvato Bhadra Pujan, Chhetrapal Mandal Pujan, Chatukashti Yogini Pujan, Durga Saptasati Path, Dashansh Mantra Japa for each of the 10 incarnations of Shakti, Homam with Honey, Ghee, Sugar, Til, Ashtagandh, Sandalwood Powder, Navgrah Samidha and then Purnahuti, Aarti and Prasad to Brahmins.

Puja Prasadam option

1. Donate the Prasadam : In this option, the Puja Prasadam will be Donated to a Brahmin at our end here itself. You can virtually see the Prasadam in the Video and offer your prayers to it. The Shipping Charges will Not be applied for this Puja.

Benefits of Donating the Prasadam :

No hassles of duty / taxes being levied at the recipient's end.
If you opt for not receiving the prasadam, we will provide you a video recording of around 15-20 minutes instead of regular 12-13 minutes video without any extra charges to you. This video will have images of each item of Prasadam so that you can pray in front of them which will ensure that you get the same benefits that you would have got by physically receiving the prasadam.
Thereafter, the prasadam will be given to the brahmin who have taken sankalp on your part so that the prasadam is virtually delivered to you. He will then take care of each and every item of the prasadam in a ritualistic way as mentioned in Vedic Texts, so that in fact you will get even better results of the puja as compared to prasadam being physically delivered to you wherein at times you cannot take proper care of it.

2. Send the Prasadam to me : In this option, we will deliver you the Prasadam as usual, to your Shipping Address
